(Almost) between the showers

We went over to Nottingham to see No. 2 sister and family today - just a day late for her birthday and still in time for birthday cake! We weather-watched for a while but eventually risked a walk round Attenborough Nature Reserve, first through hordes of midges and then sheltering in a hide from a torrential downpour. This is The spire of St. Mary's church in Attenborough village; it is so nice to see everything finally turning green.
