I think there is a pattern forming

Yet another picture of frosty conditions and blue sky.
Our local roads have not been gritted and are covered with ice where the snow has melted and re-frozen. In conditions like this I don't venture far and, when I do, I spend all my time looking at the floor to ensure a safe footing rather than at the world around me for a blip.
