Fairy

It felt positively tropical this morning, at a balmy -1 C, when I walked to the park. It was a bit touch and go as to whether the Parkrun would take place but there was a bit of a c*k up when the RD started before the final course set up and check had taken place, so it did!

It's fair to say it wasn't PB territory and trail shoes (or wellies?) were definitely needed in the compacted snow. It wasn't my slowest though and I'm glad I went.

Home to put the tree up, it's not too bad bearing in mind it was pretty much the last one left. The Not Children will be over to decorate it tomorrow. All I need to do is remember who put the fairy on top last year....
