Architecture was not something interested me when I was younger, and I wouldn't say it's a passion of mine now, but I have come to find it an interesting art form. In fact, I think it took me quite a while to realise that it was one.
I took this photo this morning from the sports grounds as Hannah and I walked back to the car after going to the monthly big breakfast fundraiser at St Bride's, at which Charlie volunteers. I was hoping to get an evocative shot of the skyscrapers with their heads in the clouds, but I ended up just thinking how boring the buildings are. Manchester is ending up with a drab, homogenous skyline.
And in the afternoon, the Minx and I took Hannah for a big shop at Lidl (see Extra) and then to buy a Christmas tree.
