Turning Point

This afternoon, the sunlight streaming through the window illuminated the wallpaper on the opposite side of the room. Although we havn't yet reached the Winter Equinox, I thought this image could represent the two sides of this annual turning point: the darkness of Winter and re-emergence of the light that is to come.
