Graffiti is one of the few tools you have if you have almost nothing.
And even if you don't come up with a picture to cure world poverty you can

I see so much incredible street art on blip, and I'm always on the look-out for some. I don't think this quite fits the bill! It isn't even this colourful in reality - I really maxed out the saturation here. I know the kids around me don't have much to colour their lives, but if they're going to graffiti I wish they'd put a little of thought/ creativity into it!
