Overnight snow caused usual road chaos early morning. If only it had been predicted in some way.

We walked into town through a monochrome landscape expecting this slope to be full of kids on sledges but by the middle of the day the snow was becoming quite soggy.

Quite a few folk about in town but the slippery pavements still hadn’t been gritted or cleared. Not good.
