Angel

Of the north. We left the cottage at 9:30 having been for a difficult walk as everything was very icy and slippery.
Decided to take the route past Gateshead rather than over the hills as the roads were very icy, so past the Angel of the North. Shot taken from moving car so not great.
Visited family and exchanged gifts. Lovely to see my five nieces and their husbands and kids.
