Footprints in the Snow

There are footprints in the slowly melting snow. I couldnt work out who had been walking right up the garden to where I have been feeding the birds nearer our house. Later this afternoon I saw our visitor...a hungry moorhen. So tomorrow I will put some food down by the pond.
