Alignment

Scratching around for ideas in the dim light, I found a patch of reeds that were aligned in the same direction. Usually they settle in a random pattern. There is just enough variation with the couple running counter to make it an interesting pattern.

I took both colour and b&w versions, even though they were the same shot. After the fact I preferred monochrome because of the texture. The original was rather flat because of light reflecting on the water and without colour that became less of a problem.
