I was supposed to be going to Oban today to have lunch with friends but messages started coming in thick and fast as people had to cancel because of the icy conditions.  Went out to check and our drive and the first part of the lane were sheet ice - last night's rain had started a melt and then re-frozen.  So I had to cancel too.  Probably just as well as started feeling rather under the weather again, think the cold has returned for second bout.

Didn't get round to taking any photos so the Christmas tree lights provided an emergency blip.
