Masala Dosa

I went for lunch with a friend to the Thali café over in Easton. There used to be a Thali just a short walk from home, but unfortunately it closed down.
This is my favourite meal out. It’s at least 1 and a 1/2 feet wide. Delicious batter made with rice and lentils- and a filling of potato, onion and spices. Wonderful. I don’t normally take photos of my lunch, this was to send to my son to make him jealous, which it did. My friend is having a proper Thali, a platter with lots of separate little metal bowls, each containing a portion of something delicious
