Shepherd’s warning?

Awoke this morning to the gov calling out “Come and have a look at this!”
With some trepidation and concern about what had broken, dropped off or worse I followed the direction the sound was coming from to see her looking out of the landing window at the rather spectacular sunrise.
Two iPhones and a Nikon, followed by much fiddling with saturation, contrast and mode, but still the photo was a poor imitation of the actual sky. This was the best we could do.
True to the prediction the rain started around lunchtime and it is quite wet now. The snow is shrinking fast and hopefully the temperature will stay above freezing tonight.
