A Very Brisk Walk

The Current Mrs Creel approaches a walker and tries to give him counselling such as, stay indoors / pour yourself a dram / start writing the next part of your trilogy.  This after I had been across to visit my mother in the Smiddybrae Care Home.  She was on top form.  Extracts (which are verbatim) include: ‘ I’ve had bairns at my door all night chapping and running away.  I pretended to be a man to shout at them’.  One of the carers indicated that my mother had held a swearing masterclass during her shower time.  Maybe she needs to get an Agent.
