Another bench, another view

The weather has been perfect after the heavy rain yesterday.
Church this morning and then we went for a delicious calamari lunch at our local Sacramento restaurant. This was followed by ice cream cones from the ice cream stall outside the restaurant. We ate our ice creams looking at the view in the photo. The bench is a memorial bench to the lovely couple who were murdered in the village five years ago - still a painful memory.
After a walk with Coda this afternoon we watched the very exciting soccer world cup - what a brilliant match. Sorry to all the French supporters, it's always a pity there has to be a loser.
In between the match we were watching Strictly which is always enjoyable.
A week before Christmas, time will fly by for sure.
