Christmas tree through the window

A throughly dismal day with cold bleak rain falling on top of solid ice making it more treacherous than previous days.

I sorted my recipe collection this morning, that’s how desperate it was. We went out in the worst of the worst of the weather and conditions this afternoon on a cannelloni hunt. We were unsuccessful so had to make do with tomorrow’s recipe this evening.

We FaceTimed Chris , Carly, Landon and Madison this evening. They’re all going to have brunch with Santa shortly with the whole family.

Susan is making mince pies this evening while I’m waiting for Uketok Christmas singalong to get going - a technicial hitch is holding us up at the moment.
