Homely pursuits

A day of calmly catching up with myself; a slow start and some lovely calls and FaceTimes here and there. Also the joy of knowing friend H is safely at her daughter's, with Tiny, after a lot of stress and some travel disruption, with a first baby due to arrive any day. Talk about mixed emotions! 

The weather is warmer but wet, and there is a strong wind - I'm glad I didn't have to go any further than the local convenience store today (twice, because I forgot the milk). After finally catching up with Blip journals (I was very behind) I spent half an hour putting my little LEGO tree together.
