ready or not, here we come!

I loved how these little guys look as though almost tumbling out of their skin. It was a very tough Monday to be inside, the weather hot and sunny and not a cloud in the sky. The flower buds wanted to get out as much as I did. (sadly, I had a lot of work to do and spent the whole day sweating in front of my computer.)

It was past sunset and getting dark. Had to flash this, but it turned out great with just a few leafy details visible to fill the background.
