W hotel

This is the building with the curly pigtail on top (other epithets have been applied) visible from much of the NE of the city. Not obviously open yet. 

Walked by St Andrews Square to the St James Quarter past this building, across Leith Walk at Leith Street, then back across at the top of Elm Row to pass the police station on Gayfield Square. 3C, and windy. Pavements clear of ice, though.
