In ma goonie

It was off to the ERI (hospital) this morning to get a steroid injection in my hip. Never pleasant but its done now, hoping that helps ease the pain a bit and I'll be able to get a bit more active again soon (and that it helps with the long covid issues as the orthopeadic specialist suggested may happen).

I didn't have to do too much today thankfully and hoping I may be able to get down to Stobo tomorrow for a wee while.

Ps it was a massive 25 degrees warmer today than it was at points here last week, isn't that bonkers?!
