Staghorn fungus

The thaw came steadily during the day with the temo up to 10.5C by 6pm. With it came rain and mist, plus a bit of wind later, but not too bad at running time (though we kept to the streets and still had a few icy patches to avoid).
Got the Christmas tree up, checked on the garden (where I found this and the tough rose in the extra), did some housework, sat in church in case anyone came (but no-one did) and did some knitting.
