Bouncing

A full and very enjoyable day. My brother and family flew in from Heathrow for a few days. They had an early start (up at 5am) but meant they landed at 9am.

After a snooze then lunch we went to Portobello beach for a walk and to let the dogs have a good run. Which they did as I hope the blip captures

It was 10oC warmer than yesterday. There was some wind, some rain which eventually settled in for a while and, this morning, a rainbow. See extra,

Ice creams were eaten then we headed back through the city centre to see some of the Christmas lights.

This evening we had a Christmassy dinner and were joined by an American cousin of one of our.nephews who is in Edinburgh for a conference. All in all a lovely day.
