Grange-over-Sands
It was the coming of the railway that led to the development of Grange-over-Sands from a small fishing village to a small Edwardian seaside town that people would visit for a walk along the prom to enjoy the fresh sea air. The station remains much as they would have seen it over one hundred years ago, beautifully restored and joyfully free of the scourge of graffiti that adorns so many other stations.
