Parking ticket

Today was sitting in sun on little wall nearby looking atsea

Policecar came and stopped in front of me and inspected this car. There are no signs up but I know you can't park there for long. The polce discussed it and then printed off a ticket and pit it on car.

OK but the man shrugged at me implying he was sorry but no option. He then said they needed the cash!
