Packing

After a considerable amount of time yesterday to reading, today we have been packing and getting ready for a little trip. Looking forward to it, although being away is always a source of stress.

After the success of the previous two blips, I've decided on a new series #leithinstitutions. OK, so it's only got two libraries, a school and a reflection of the buildings of the Shore for good measure, but it's another useful way for me of memorialising the place where we live. After all, these are the pictures that might feature on the Lost Edinburgh and Spirit of Leithers pages of the future.

Now I must get on with the remaining things to do (ironing, plant watering, clothes packing). The excitement. Almost as exciting as today's potter, which was for the specific purpose of procuring toilet roll, which had been forgotten yesterday. And I managed to photograph some blossom, despite the wind and rain. It'll be gone by the time we come back.
