Poinsettia Flowers.

Contrary to popular opinion the red bracts on poinsettia aren't petals, they are actually leaves.  The flowers are the small yellow things in the centre.  To get Poinsettia to "flower" requires short days.  I have in the past managed to keep one going until the next Christmas and actually got the red leaves.  However I wouldn't advise it they were small and poorly coloured compared to what it was like when we bought it.

The main part of the day was washing Kanyl's camper, it should be done regularly, about once very ten years should be enough.

I should have said this was shot indoors as I wasn't going to risk taking it out to the studio.  Cold drafts cause the coloured leaves to suffer and fall quickly.  So ensure you don't buy one from a stoke that displays them near the door and don't leave without it well wrapped up.  Clickychick takes a sheet of bubble wrap in case the retailer doesn't do a good enough job.
