After the Physio!

I had my first Physio appointment and was dreading, but actually it was good, she was happy with my movements. Which surprised me, but looking back I suppose it was equal to last knee. I also had the knee cap resurfaced , so that makes movement harder - I did have that done last time too. I’ve got so much swelling that I had to go for a leg scan yesterday (sorry if I said that before ;0) ) scan was ‘nothing to be concerned about so the scanner lady said’ so all good.
So after the Pysio we went to Jerbourg and my lovely husband took this shot for me - a bit risky after physio etc. I was specific on what I wanted although I wanted blue sky and sunlight ;0)
