Preparations have started

The 2023 UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championship will be in our village from 3-5 Feb 2023 and the preparations for the event are well underway, besides the course a huge pavillion for guests is being built. We walked down to the fields with the whole family because today at least it was dry even if the sky looked very ominous. For Wild Wednesday with thanks to Cailleach as every Wednesday ! We also made it it to the other tourist site in the village, the Canadian Sherman tank used when the village was liberated end October 1944 by the brave Canadian soldiers of the regiment of Fort Garry Horse.
