Battersea power station: left luggage

We volunteered to help with the baggage reclaim of the Moonwalk (we got up at 4:15am, our shift started at 6am). All the gear was in three tents. Ours had been flooded in the night and many of the bags were no longer in numerical order and all were in black plastic bin-bags and some had lost their numbers. So, some of the people, who had walked 26 miles in the cold and wet through the night, had a bit of a frustrating wait while we found their bags and they could put on their warm clothes.

Anyhoo, we enjoyed the experience and hope to volunteer for another 5 hours or so next year.
