The Village Spectacle

The village of Whitwell has a church, garage and a pub with little else. However, on a sleepy estate, of mainly retirement bungalows, this owner likes to go to all out at Christmas to raise money for charity. He even has a yellow road sign pointing to his road with lighting up times (1630-2300 hrs).
The local ‘bus company sells tickets to view the various homes here that display amazing Christmas lights. They sell out very quickly apparently!
