Christmas at Attingham
On this lovely bright morning we visited Attingham, had a short walk round the Park and then had a wonderful tour round the mansion to see the fabulous Christmas trees in every room celebrating crafts or trades of many talented people from around the world represented here. Full marks to the Staff for coming up with yet another amazing and very interesting Christmas theme. A few of my favourites here:
main blip: Silversmithing in the dining room, a wonderful collection of silverware (ugh to all that cleaning!)
Extra 1: Book binding (love this craft)
Extra 2: The Gamekeeper's tree (liked the fabric pheasant)
Extra 3: The Artists' tree (you know me, love anything arty)
