Trolleys

An early Christmas present in the library today - the new trolleys we’d ordered 6 weeks ago finally arrived. The old wooden ones (on the left) were starting to splinter and become a bit of a health and safety hazard - the new ones have metal edges that protect the wood more. The wheels don’t squeak either! Most of the old ones will go into a skip for recycling but a few will be taken home by staff as they’ve still got a bit of life left in them. I was tempted but really don’t have the space so I’ve resisted the urge.

This evening I finally got my wrapping up done, so that’s one thing off the list. Only one more day of work to go and then the holidays begin!
