Very true

This is how I have been feeling today. I forgot how bad my pain was until today, really seems like it's back with a vengeance, yesterday was bad today is worse, I really struggled today in a lot of ways, I am wondering if it all kicked off again after being at physio Monday.

I really cannot tolerate it anymore and if this is osteoarthritis in my back I just hope that they wil give me something for it, it's crippling in more ways than one, bad enough having MS but osteo too
