Why Me/Us?

It’s been a month or so of one thing following closely on another;
Slipped in the cemetery - cut knee
RNA Meeting - caught this bug going around
iMac beyond repair
Second bout of the lurgy
And then today, half way through cooking our roast the cooker packed up. First indication was the process seemed to be taking longer then when the illuminated clock went off I knew it would be the top oven to finish dinner before looking for either a new cooker or a new element and repairer.
There was a time when I would have considered fixing it myself but now it’s not that I cannot be bothered it’s more that it’s far simpler to pay for someone to come in than try to find the right part, watch the You Tube Video on how to repair, find the tools etc.

The day started by helping to move the gig “Epic Energy” from Ponsharden out to a donated loan barn in Mylor Bridge where it can have its annual and much needed maintenance carried out. It tipped with rain and we adjourned for breakfast to dry off and catch up.

The Christmas preparations are coming on and as we move into the new week we look forward to Joshua and Tiana’s arrival.
