Sneaky Solstice Cat

The day was gray and overcast, but it was still nice spend it relaxing around the house sharing yummy food and a few simple gifts. The crows made a racket when they discovered our outside decorations, and the owl finally came by in the evening to see what all the fuss was about. Even the sun showed up, breaking through the clouds just before the actual solstice with a promise to start coming around more often. After a short day at work tomorrow it will be nice to get a little more time off.
