Baby Buddha and the Elephant

I was gifted this garden ornament from a fellow gardener who received it as a gift.  My fellow gardener friend hated the ornament and hid it under a bush.  She saw only ugliness and it made her grumble.  Baby Buddha and the Elephant needed a home.  I adopted them and tucked them between ferns under a red-leaved Cotinus in my back yard  They are an absurd pair, but they make me laugh and hide an unsightly irrigation box.
