there was a good deal happening up at Fraisthorpe beach this morning, loads of windsurfers and guys selling windsurfs and kites. Looks like its turnig into the Woodstock of the surfer world. The dogs had a good run with husband while I hung back at the waters edge taking shots of the surfers whizzing by.
Feel absolutely shattered after yesterdays Yoga so going to take it easy this afternoon, didnt help getting up at stupid o'clock this morning 5.30.
