Nearly Lights Out.

This might have to be my last blip for a couple of days since it was almost lights out for me at an old shopping mall with an old floor, NOT non slip. I took the worst tumble of my life and I am very sore. Fortunately I don't believe that I broke anything but if you have ever has sciatica you will know what I am feeling right now left hamstring and buttock. Something has been pulled. Serves me right for not removing my shoe grips on entering. Serves me right for not being careful and serves me double right for attempting to do the splits right under the nose of a very young female security guard!  
There were several of you guys I had planned to email this evening. Even that is on hold as I simply cannot sit still in any one position without pain. It's off to bed for me. Electric blanket full on for a while and let's see what things are like in the morning.
