In the Oven

Can't wait for this to be ready to eat!

There is some green missing, too much red from the tomatoes and the peppers. Onions and sheep's cheese are hiding underneath. Only the black olives make it less boring.

One more workday. Almost everybody is already in Christmas holidays. There will be less than a handful of us in the office tomorrow. I hope it will be a quiet day, but over the years I've learned that many people wait until the very last minute before Christmas to get something really really important done, that had been on their agenda for years (and I mean years!)
