Blue Hour again

No matter how much I miss the light of long Summer's days, the early Blue Hour of Winter I do welcome now and I like to see how it wraps around this statue of Thorbecke and clerks ~ Blipped the monument earlier 

The cold and frost of recent left Holland again and drizzels of rain or a shower is what we get now... I was here at Korte Voorhout in Den Haag, just before it started to drizzle.
