In town for therapy; the last one for a few weeks. It was a bit of  an emotional one. 
As I went back into town  I decided to go and  search for the artist Rebel Bears latest artwork. I'm not on Twitter and not really up on what is happening but this was a response to their current situation. 
Home to a letter from the Gastro dept at the hospital. I have an appt in January. I had no idea I was getting one and I  presume it is a follow up from earlier this year having spent 3wks in hospital. Quite good timing.
