Troglodyte

Mum had to go to Chateauneuf-sur-Isere - the village where she lived all her life before marrying my dad - to go to a mass. I took her there and went for a walk in the village. The area is extremely rich in molasse and there are a lot of grottos. The troglodyte hamlet was inhabited until the beginning of the 20th century.
In the evening I went to a session of laughter yoga with my sister - it was new to me but quite fun and strangely relaxing.
