Brownie and a bump

Popped through to Aberdeen after work to pick up our Christmas turkey. Before Sainsbury’s we finally visited Fat Batch bakery to pick an excellent brownie. This neon sign is in the bakery. Jen said it actually annoys the owner ask they’d meant to get ‘Och’ at the start not ‘Ach’. I like it either way.

Got the turkey then headed home. In one of many queues at traffic lights on the way out of Aberdeen someone went into the back of us. Not super high speed I don’t think but enough to make us all have quite a shock and most likely will require a new rear bumper. They immediately apologised, said it was their fault, they were tired etc. How much they repeat that to their insurance company we will see. But that’s a phone call for tomorrow morning (first time for me doing that. I’ve been a lucky driver so far). We are all ok. Kara was quite shaken for a while and kept saying sorry but we tried to explain what happened and still had pizza for dinner so she seemed to be ok now.
