Hitting a Brick Wall

It was all going so well ..... I should have known there would be a catch:-) The two bricklayers worked hard again today and soon the end was in sight, but then they hit a problem - not enough bricks!! The same person who had caused all the grief with the original quotes had done it again and forgotten to supply an additional quantity of bricks, requested in person by the bricklayer. So they were unable to finish the job today, as they'd hoped and will have to return tomorrow once they've collected the extra bricks.

However, what they have managed to complete is looking good, especially once the pointing dries out and tomorrow we'll be ordering the coping and caps to finish it off. We'll get there!

Whatever happened to that nice Spring weather we had for five minutes? Today was cold, dull and occasionally wet, not what is wanted at all:-)
