Victoria

I attended the NHS online diabetes prevention session this morning, which was the most useless of all of them. I have had my HbA1c checked and it has gone down by one point; more effort needed to lose another three kilos.
 
During the morning I wrapped up the remaining presents which had arrived, and later the one that Victoria brought with her when she came to visit.
