A much needed PJ day apart from going to the morning Slimming group, where I was warmly welcomed and I am very surprised my weight was maintained this week, especially after going out to dinner and having a glass of wine on Wednesday :)

Watching box sets - I have just started watching Granite Harbour on BBC iplayer.  Has anyone else watched this?
