The first time after a year of riding Boy that I actually had to ride in the rain. We rode dressage (usually only go for hacks, his owner as well) - Boy is so stiff, he cannot really bend to the left, so we did lots of bending exercises. I was so proud when after a bit I could feel him dropping his head, bending round, and all of a sudden he was feeling so good to sit on - that's when you know it helps the horse, too. Great!
