Spaghettiprinto
I've been lucky (or just paranoid / careful / technically picky) not to have had a spaghetti moment with the 3D printer so far.
If, for whatever reason, the printer finds itself printing into thin air - typically the model has moved on the base, or a gap in the flow of plastic has left a hole, there's no way back and it will merrily continue to inject plastic where it believes there is something to inject it on to.
In this case it's a design I've downloaded from t'interweb and it appears it doesn't have enough contact with the baseplate to hold it still for the 5 hours it takes to print.
