Christmas Eve Ham

Got soaked this morning, it’s poured pretty much all day!

Had a light brunch in the cafe, wished the girls Merry Christmas.

Back home to prep the stuffing and do my Christmas ham which I’m taking to middle sons tomorrow, much to the disgust of youngest, who is fretting that there won’t be any left for Christmas Day evening lol

I went out to put something in the freezer in the garage….. found the fridge door ajar and on inspection an absolute mess inside.
Whilst it was sooo cold last week a couple of cans of Pepsi had obviously frozen snd exploded, the tops of their cans had completely sheered off, spraying the coke all over the inside and it’s contents!!!

Think the door must have blown open with the force , all my potatoes & veg were frozen and now defrosted and yucky n soft, all the bottles were covered in condensation, dripping in water…..a full kitchen roll was used in the clean up lol

Eventually got back to my intended chores, todays blip was the end result, marmalade snd black pepper glazed ham :-)
