Start of the holidays

Today was the start of the Christmas holiday season for me. I’m still deaf in one ear but I’m feeling like things are getting better which is good. Thankful I’ve been able to go ahead with plans for a change of scenery.

This is the London Beer Factory in Bermondsey which is about a 10 minute walk from where I’m staying. I had a late evening meal of noodles, veg and chicken broth which was amazing and felt pretty healthy. I was in bed and resting pretty early. Time for some nurture.
